## 1. Safety & Preparation
This chassis contains a pre-wired, pre-calibrated solar MPPT board, buck converter, digital voltmeter, and cooling fan. **Do NOT connect power until your Bitaxe board is securely fastened.**

## 2. Drop-In Assembly Steps
1. **Bitaxe Board Placement:** Align your Bitaxe board (801, Gamma, or Supra) over the pre-drilled internal nylon standoffs.
2. **Fasten Screws:** Use 4× non-conductive M3 nylon screws to secure the PCB.
3. **Fan Bracket Connection:** Connect the 50mm cooling fan 2-pin connector to the 5V DC fan header on your Bitaxe board or to the pre-spliced auxiliary lead.
4. **Power Lead:** Plug the internal XT30 power connector into the Bitaxe 5V DC input.
5. **Sealing:** Position the silicone perimeter gasket and tighten the 4 lid screws evenly.

## 3. Voltage Tuning Verification
If you need to re-calibrate for higher frequency overclocks:
1. Disconnect the Bitaxe power plug.
2. Apply 12V DC input to the external cable gland.
3. Adjust the multi-turn brass potentiometer on the buck regulator with a precision screwdriver until the LED voltmeter reads **5.20V DC**.
